Before sending money to ANYONE to buy a puppy ask for their state kennel license ID and call their state agriculture department to verify they are indeed a licensed kennel. Granted each state is different but there are licenses for county, city, state or registry (AKC). DON'T SUPPORT UNLICENSED KENNELS. You might be supporting a substandard breeding facility that is not inspected by anyone! And if you can verify a license of some sort... chances of them being a scam with be depleted.
