Hello to all of our friends at Diamonddoodles! This is Geneane B and I am writing to share a photo of our puppy Ryder! He will be 1 year old in March. He is quite the lover of snow, and Maryland is delivering for him this year for sure! He is a treasured member of our family and we are so very happy we bought him last year! Thanks DD!

These are some pictures I took of Finnegan in early January.  He is getting so big!  I last weighed him on January 26th and he was 18 lbs but he feels a lot heavier now.  He is the sweetest dog.  He loves the dog park, and competes with a big old golden retriever for the biggest mush at the park- he goes up to all the people at the park, wagging his tail, leaning into their legs, hoping for some loving and a belly rub.  His favorite dog to play with is a 90lb golden doodle named Duffy.  Despite Duffy's size they play great together!  He is incredibly smart!  I have taught him fetch, sit, stay, paw, other paw,lie down, high five (well it's really high ten) and we are working on roll over (he's almost got it down) -- not bad for a 4 month old puppy!.  He loves cats! When we visit the pet store he plays with a 4
month old kitten which is very amusing to watch. I am so happy with FInnegan.  I bring him everywhere with me.  Thank you so much forbringing us together!

Hi Colleen!

I just wanted to write to say THANK YOU!!!  My fiancé Sean bought me a mini whoodle for my 28th birthday from the litter born on 11-18-09.  It was truly the best birthday gift I had ever received.  I did not know that he had purchased the puppy that I had been going back and forth with you through email about since the pictures were posted for this litter.  He told me that he had a surprise for me for my birthday and I was secretly hoping that it was a mini whoodle.  My birthday was the 19th of January and he surprised me on the 16th!  I couldn’t have been happier!!!  His name is Skip and I took him to the doctor on the 19th of January and he weights 5 pounds.  Skip is truly amazing.  He is successfully succeeding in his house training in only a few days!  He sleeps in a baby’s play yard at night and loves to be in the same room with us when he goes to sleep.  We love Skip very much!  He is the perfect addition to our new home!   Skip makes it very hard for us to leave for work in the morning because he is soo adorable.  When we take him out, everyone stops what they are doing to come over to see him.  Even the doctor said that he is beautiful and has a gorgeous coat!  He attracts a lot of attention!  Skip loves to be held, although we are trying not to spoil him.  We have enclosed a few pictures of him and will send you updates as he grows!  Thank you again!

Sincerely,

Hi Colleen, just wanted to drop you a line and a few pics to let you know
how Izzie is doing.  Did you get the email with the signed warranty
paperwork?

We just couldn't be happier with a puppy than we are with our little
Yorkie-poo 'Izzie'.  She loves everyone and is very playful.  She even seems
to be picking up the potty training pretty well.  The girls love her so
much, sometimes a little too much!!!  I don't know if Carrie told you or
not, but Claire, our 5 year old, cried when we gave it to her...she was
soooo happy.  We'll stay in touch and let you know how things are going.

Thanks for everything!!!

Hello Colleen,
How time has flown by since the day Winston arrived. We adore him and he makes us smile and laugh each and every day. He is a very social guy and has made many people and animal friends. In fact, I can't think of a dog or person, he hasn't enjoyed. We crate trained him upon his arrival and he has always slept through the night without any stress and is easy to leave, in fact, sometimes when we get home, we have to wake him up to let him out of his crate! He has had many adventures in his life here with us. He has gone on road trips, slept in hotels, on boats, and rides with us on our all terrain vehicle. He has played with our grandchildren and although sometimes can get a little rowdy, he is truly loving and can be protective.   He is trained to come, sit and stay -well, sit and stay most of the time and will come, when he feels like it! We are still working on his training so most of the time, he is on leash. He loves his walks, and we try and get 2 -3 long walks in each day. It keeps him happy and easier to train.   He attends a doggie daycare occasionally and loves it. He has his hair cut regularly and although it is his least favorite activity, he is getting used to it. We live in a small town in Northern Michigan and during the summer he would walk downtown with us. I was amazed at how many people would stop and ask what type of dog he is. He is an attention grabber. Anyway, I thought you would want to see how handsome he is now. He weighs 24 lbs, and is quite lanky with long legs. His favorite way to get attention is to roll over on his back when he sees us and wag his tail! It works!
Thanks again for your love of the breed. He is a treasure.

                                                   Sincerely,

                                                      Patty and John

Hi Colleen,

I wanted to drop you a note about the Mini GoldenDoodle that I
purchased from you.  I named him SnickerDoodle and call him Snickers.
I notice that another family has one of his brothers (pup # 6) from
the same litter and named their puppy the same - what a funny
coincidence.  Snickers was puppy #5 from your litter born February 8,
2009 and he is everything I could ask and more.  He has a fabulous
personality, loves everyone he meets, and he doesn't shed one bit and
doesn't bark except when he is telling me something - WOW!.  He is
obedient and we walk about 2 miles a day every day.  He has become a
neighborhood celebrity.  We went to obedience school and found him to
be a very quick learner.  We knew this because he was basically potty
trained within a week after we brought him home at 8 weeks old.  I
can't thank you enough for the tremendous job you have done with your
breeding program.  I have had several dogs, but none anywhere as good
as this one.   I have enclosed a picture when he was on the way home,
a picture at 8 months with long hair and another at 8 months after his
haircut.  He ways 28 pounds at 8 months and that is just a perfect
size for us!

Funny, the Hird family mentioned in their letter on your website that
"their" SnickerDoodle barks when he sees himself in the window.  My
SnickerDoodle does the same thing.  This little guy has made "empty
nesting" easier for me and he brings me a lot of pleasure!

Thanks for the great job you do!

We are just overcome with joy over our new puppy, who we have named Riley (previously yellow male #1)  He has stolen our hearts!  Thank you so much for all of your help in not only the business transaction of our puppy, but for going out of your way to answer any and every question we had.  We can't tell you enough how satisfied we are with him... he is just adorable!  So well behaved, and super smart!  Here are a few pics we've taken of him so far.  Thanks again and God Bless.

Hi Colleen,

My kids have asked me to let you know how thrilled we are with our little F1B Mini Goldendoodle "Snicker Doodle". He was male #6, born on February 8th, 2009. I've attached a few photos for you.

It was love at first sight from his photo, but it only got better when we met him in person.  What a love!! He is the most affectionate and loyal little guy, and such a good dog, slept right through the night from day one, he was a breeze to house train, he has the perfect amount of energy for us, not too much, not too little, and my allergies, what allergies?

My husband Erik keeps saying to me "You did a great job choosing Snicker Mommy". And he comments that there is a "lot" of laughter in our house.

He makes friends where ever he goes with whomever he meets, and he has inspired one neighbor family (with allergies) to choose a Goldendoodle as their pet. He arrived late last night and we can't wait to meet him.

My 9 year old daughter Rachel says that "He treats people like they are his favorite treat." Her insistence is the reason that we got a puppy and she has really risen to the occasion. She protects and loves him to no end and she keeps me in line when I might stray from the "How to raise the perfect puppy" manual. :  )

My 7 year old Alex would like you to know how "happy and excited we were when we met Snicker, and how funny he is , and how happy he still makes us."

He is everything we could have hoped for in a dog and we want to thank you for bringing him into the world for us.

Sincerely,
The Hird family

p.s.- I have to tell you, during the first two days that we had him, when he would see his own reflection in our glass sliders he would run and find his litter mate "travel" toy that you sent with him. Then he would walk back and forth in front of the windows with it in his mouth crying to get to his brothers and sisters. It was so pathetic. Thank goodness they eventually forget. He will have a new Goldendoodle puppy friend to play with in a few weeks when our neighbors dog gets a little bigger.

Kelso turned 1 this month.  His is our Whoodle.  He won an award for obiediance.  He has changed our life and has turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made.  He is such a good dog.  He has stayed black with white hair scattered within his coat.  I will send pictures when I figure out how to do this.

Hi Colleen,

I just wanted to write and tell you what a great girl my little mini-whoodle Maggie is.  I bought Maggie from you last August (08) at the age of 14 weeks.  She is the life of the party and considers herself the official greeter of anyone or anything wherever we are…  People are always surprised that she doesn’t bark at people (deer, dogs and rabbits are another story!) but she is so happy to see everyone that she would never bark at them.    When we are out for our daily walks, if someone is standing in their garage, Maggie stands and walks on her hind legs to get a better look at them.  If they say hello, she is thrilled to get a response.  I never have to worry about her with kids or meeting anyone the only thing is that she will wiggle so much that some dogs and kids are afraid of the speed of the licks and kisses.  When I have out of town guests, she begs to sleep with them in the guest bedroom.  It is a good thing I’m not a jealous person because I quickly become “old hat” when someone new is around.  She will never be a totally trained agility dog or a lap dog as she isn’t really motivated by food (or by me!) but since I am used to cats, the independence thing doesn’t really bother me.  She does the basics with sit, shake, stay and down which might be the most I can expect.  It is probably because she is a girl versus a boy but I wouldn’t want her to change as she is a joy to have around but also to share with others.

I couldn’t be happier and she is everything I expected and more!  Thanks again.  I have attached two pictures, the one you had on your website (and the one that made me fall in love with her) and the 2nd one taken last week at Easter.  She is almost exactly 20 pounds like you thought!  I thought you might want to see her coloring changes and as you can see, the grey poodle is starting to show up in the beard and around her ears.

Thanks again!

Kate

Hi there.  attached is a picture of our wonderful miniature golden
doodle, Rookie.  Rookie came from Diamond Doodles, but via another
family.  We ended up adopting him from another family who got him
from you.  He was born Dec. 6, 2006 and the M___ (in MN)
family bought him from you, and named him Duncan.  A month
later , we adopted him b/c it just didn't work out for them.

HE IS TRULY THE MOST AMAZING DOG.  WE ADORE HIM.

We have a request.  If you wouldn't mind sharing some info about
him.  We don't know anything about his lineage, etc.  Nothing fancy,
just a little info.

Someday we may want a second dog.  You should be proud of the
breeding you do.  He's the BEST.

Thanks.

Hi Coleen, just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that Isabella (we call her Izzy) is doing great.  She is so smart and is such a love.  My family is so happy with her.  I just wish the weather could warm up so we can enjoy her more outdoors.  We keep her in our large kitchen and she does perfectly fine.  She learned how to "sit" in just 1 week.  I'm sending a photo from Christmas and just wanted to say "thank you" again for our beautiful addition to our family.

Fondly,

Hi Colleen,

We wanted to wish you and your family a Happy New Year and thought we would share a picture of our son (Sam) and Cassie.  We just love her to death!  She has been such a wonderful addition to our family - there is not one person that has meet her and has not become attached!  She has such a friendly and loving personality (we could not have asked for more); she loves Sam and he loves her!!!

Cassie has shed some excitement into the life of our Yorkie, Murphy.  She is 13 years old - but has become much more young at heart since Cassie has arrived.  For the most part Murphy tries to ignore her, but Cassie persists and then they snuggle together on the couch or in bed!  It's a pretty cute sight to see.

I have a few other pictures I will be sending from snapfish so if you have a filter (check your junk mail for an e-mail of pictures).

Again, we can't tell you how much we love her!

Happy New Year!

Hello Colleen,

We are celebrating Treo’s 1st birthday today and wanted to send a quick note to you to say, thank you.  The whoodle dog we got from you is perfect.  He is such a wonderful contribution to our family.  He is smart, playful, obedient, social, protective and loving.  I couldn’t have asked for a better dog.  We purchased the dog for my son, Luciano's 4th birthday.  I’m not sure what I enjoy seeing more, the two of them playing around or when Treo sleeps at the foot of his bed.

I’ve heard horror stories about puppies, but I can honestly say our puppy was almost perfect.  He was quickly potty trained and the only thing he chewed up one flip flop shoe.  He has already learned many tricks.  When Treo is home alone, he never creates problems or disturbs any items.  He just sits and waits patiently for us to return home.

There are many funny, cute things he does, but what I find most amusing is how much he loves watching TV with us.  He has such a human like attitude, especially when Luciano and Treo play together.  They often act like siblings.

I remember talking with you for several days before we made our decision to purchase our dog.  You were so helpful and honest.  After deciding on the dog, I was so scared thinking of my little 8 week old puppy traveling alone, by plane, from Missouri to Denver.  Of course he arrived safely.

Thank you so much for our adorable, loving dog.  He is well cared for and very much loved.  I have and will continue recommending dogs from Diamond Doodles.

Sincerely,

Jina M

Hi Colleen, where do I begin ?  Ok I will begin by saying thank you so very much for the bundle of joy that you provided for us.  Stella is a beautiful and playful puppy.  When I came home from work last night she was laying on my wife's stomach, looking all sweet and cuddly.  You can't help but fall in love. I want all to know that doing business with you was a pleasure, and everything you promised was handled with professionalism and in a timely manner.  Yea you should have seen Minnie, our 4 year old lab mix run when Stella bit her on the tail , puppies will be puppies :).  I can't wait for family to see her and enjoy her like we are now.  She is adjusting well to the new surroundings and I feel Minnie and her will soon be partners in crime.  Again,  thank you for breeding such a beautiful Cavachon.

Hi Colleen-

Hope you had a fantastic thanksgiving! One of the top things I was thankful for this holiday was Sadie! (From your Maltipoo litter) She's such a sweetheart and it's fun to see her personality develop! I've attached a pic of her after her first haircut! (Couldn't resist the pink bow) and another one of her watching "Lady & The Tramp" (Yes she LOVES LOVES LOVES watching animated movies...it's hilarious...it's like she's a little kid!) Anyway, she loves her long walks, chewing on shoes (especially slippers & flip flops) & playing with her toys! We couldn't have asked for a better puppy & just wanted to send along another thank you! :)

I wanted to drop you a quick e-mail and photo of Ryler. She is doing very well as you can see. She has the most wonderful personality and the kids absolutely adore her. The most extraordinary thing about her is that she had one accident in the house the first day night she was here. Since then this little girl has gone to the bathroom outside and has not missed once. Absolutely amazing. She loves chasing the kids around the yard...it is the cutest thing I've ever seen. Remi (our Wheaton) is getting used to her and they have a great time chasing each other around the house. We haven't let them outside together yet...I think Ryler needs to be a little bit bigger, although she has no problem telling Remi when she's had enough. Anyways...thank you, we love her and will keep the pictures coming.

I just wanted to let you know that Buster is doing great!!! He is around 13lb now and we just love him to pieces.  He has such an awesome temperment and everyone loves him.  Everyone in our neighborhood has been talking about what a cutie is he! He's easily adjusted to our new work routine (I'm a teacher and just went back to work) and is extremely smart.  He is so friendly with other dogs and always tries to play with them.  He isn't afraid of anything and even went on my parents' sailboat!  I sent you two pictures, one of Buster after the big rainstorm, and the other in his "Yankees" attire.  Getting Buster was the best thing we ever did!!  I just wanted to let you know and thank you!

Best,

Hi Colleen!

Here are some pictures of "Olive" (from your 6/6/08 Cavachon litter).  We absolutely LOVE her.  She is such a sweet dog - and what a cuddler!!!   She's about 5 months now (and in the pics).  I will definitely send more pics and an update when she's done growing.  I also attached the pic you had on your website when she was a baby for reference.

Thanks again!

Dear Colleen,

Hana (Tink's female) is 6 months today.  She is so delightful!  She has the happiest, flounciest personality.

I have attached a pic.  She looks like a toy pound puppy.  She has been house trained since 3 1/2 months and is very obedient.  She does think she is human and sits at the breakfast bar to visit with me while I cook and do dishes. As you can see from the photo, she is right at home here.

Colleen-  Wow! The last two days have been amazing.  It was really fun and exciting to go and pick Ella up from the airport.  I was so nervous.  I was so worried about how she was going to do on the flight but she did great (other than her potty accident)! I took her to the vet today and she checked out great so far.  Everyone LOVES her!  They all tell me she looks like a teddy bear.  I took her to my teacher work day and she had so many people hold her that she smelled like the perfume counter from a department store. We all can't get enough of her :)  Brody, my 6 month old Yorkie, loves her.  They have been playing non-stop!  They have slept together and they sleep the whole night through.  I thought she would wake up but they do great.  She follows him everywhere he goes.  I want to thank you for making the online experience a pleasurable one.  I was SCARED to buy a puppy that expensive online and to have her flown that far but everything has worked out wonderfully.  I thought it was great that you sent her with a toy, collar, medicine, and food.  Thank you for the personal touches.   I will be sending plenty of pictures as she grows and gets older.  She is going to be BEAUTIFUL!  Her markings are truly magnificent.

A PUPPY SHOWER FOR LAURA & THEIR NEW FAMILY!

MINI WHOODLE

Hi Colleen,

Sorry we haven't written sooner.  Tanner (our puppy's new name) is such a wonderful puppy but he keeps us really busy.  Everyone is so curious as to what a whoodle is :)  I also wanted to make sure to jot down a few words regarding what a wonderful experience it has been purchasing our puppy from you.  We were really worried about how Tanner would do flying all the way to Arizona from Missouri.  We expected the crate to be really dirty from the long flight and thought Tanner may be shaken up.  We were pleasantly surprised when we found a very clean crate, a beautiful puppy and absolutely no signs of having been on not one but two flights!  Tanner was sitting in the crate, excited to see us.  He wasn't even a little bit jittery.  I have recommended your website to several people and I am already thinking about when would be the best time to purchase a playmate for him from you.  I won't even consider any other breeder.  You were so wonderful re: everything from us switching which puppy we wanted to answering a zillion questions.  I really can't say enough positive things about our experience with diamond doodles.  Prior to choosing you as our breeder, I researched your reputation and I found only positive feedback on "diamond doodles" and only positive paypal feedback.

That being said, I was wondering if you could help me?  I lost all the paperwork you sent and I am taking Tanner to his first pet visit this week.  Is there a way for you or the vet to fax his shot records to me?  I am so sorry but all we really were paying attention to was the amazing puppy you sent us:)

Sincerely,
Laura
